Agreement Between McCarthy Building Companies and Mercy Hospital Joplin Will Bring New Homes to Joplin

JOPLIN, MO---McCarthy Building Companies and Mercy Hospital Joplin raised $55,000 through a charity golf outing this afternoon.
The group Rebuild Joplin will use the money to rebuild homes for three Joplin families.
Employees with McCarthy and Mercy Hospital will volunteer for the project.
Organizers say they are excited to give the families a place to call home.
"These people got their homes destroyed a little over a year ago and whatever we can do to help get those homes back is what we thought we could do," says Steven Meuschke, Project Manager with McCarthy Building Company.
Organizers hope to have the new homes completed in the next three months.
