By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Police continue to investigate a mysterious package found in the Four States. A Webb City woman received the package yesterday at her home. It contained cd`s she had ordered off the Internet. However, the woman said the package had stains and an identifiable gritty substance on the envelope. The package has been sent to Jefferson City for testing. At this time, officers say they don`t suspect any wrong doing, but they are taking precautions by having the package examined. A Webb City officer who retrieved the package, took a shower and suffered no ill effects from the material on the package.
