NEO Leadership Conference

MIAMI -- Northeastern Oklahoma A & M in Miami hosted the school's first annual leadership conference Saturday. The event was put on by Phi Beta Lambda, the collegiate level of the business organization for Oklahoma. The conference focused on workshops for resume building, team building and community service options. Organizers say this conference is a great way for students to build on the skills they learn in the classroom. Organizers say Saturday's event is good practice for students as they prepare for their state competition in the spring.
