JOPLIN, MO.--- During the month of September, Love's raised 1.5 million dollars for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. More than 290 Love's locations across the country participated in the effort by selling CMN paper hearts, hosting car washes, and selling raffle tickets. The Love's store in Joplin contributed more than $7,000 to the cause, all of which will be donated to Freeman Healthy System.

"They brought families out here to talk to employees that have been helped by Children's Miracle Network, little kids walking around to thank the cashiers, and giving them life savers. It makes them feel good," states Bob Davis, Joplin Loves General Manager.
This is the 14th year the Joplin Love's has participated in the annual CMN fundraising campaign. The Travel Stop has raised more than 7 million dollars in that time.
