JOPLIN, MO--- Spence was at Dude's Donuts for a meet and greet with voters. It's part of his tour across Southwest Missouri. Missouri representatives as well as Senator Roy Blunt were also there. Spence is speaking out against what he calls "Attack Ads", by Governor Jay Nixon. Spence argues those ads are not true at all.

Spence says, "I'm not a banker. I ran a plastics manufacturing company and I've been honest about it from the very beginning. I didn't do anything that was underhanded and I've told the truth."

Spence says he has nine stops throughout Southwest Missouri today.
