Trial dates have been set for two Southwest Missouri men. Former foster parent 35-year-old Tad King is charged with sexual assault. He faces one count of first-degree sodomy and two counts of sex abuse of a minor. Police say King molested three boys, two of which lived with him as foster children. Pretrial motions are set for November 11th, with King`s trial date set for December 18th in Jasper County Court.
Meanwhile, a trial date has also been set for Glenn E. Faulkner, of Granby Missouri. He faces a variety of charges in connection with the sexual assault of three area teenage girls. Faulkner faces a total of nine counts including rape, sodomy, armed criminal action and burglary. An attorney for Faulkner is asking a Jasper County judge to exclude DNA evidence. Judge David Dally will rule on that request at a later date. Faulkner`s trial date is set for February 20th.
