As of 10/18/2012, Heartland Crime Stoppers is looking for Kenneth T. Ashburn. He's wanted as an absconder by the District 9 Probation and Parole office in Joplin. He is a white man, 21 years of age. Ashburn stands five feet ten inches tall and he weighs 180 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Crime Stoppers is also looking for Ronald D. Ball. He's also wanted as an absconder by the Joplin District 9 Probation and Parole office. Ball is a white man, 39 years of age. He stands five feet five inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.
