JOPLIN, MO-- As of 11/01/2012, Heartland Crime Stoppers is looking for James C. Humphrey, aka Chad Humphrey. He's wanted as an absconder by the District #9 Probation and Parole office in Joplin. Humphrey is a white man, 42 years of age. He stands six feet tall and he weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.

Crime stoppers is also looking for Bryan R. Omara. He's also wanted as an absconder by the Joplin Probation and Parole office. Omara is a white man, 32 years of age. He stands five feet seven tall and weighs about 155 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes.
