DELEWARE Co., OK--- Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation officials say William Martin, 48, of Leach, was shot to death outside of a home on South 530 Road in Leach Saturday night. Justin Tehee, 23, who lived at the residence with his parents, was held and released after the shooting.

Martin reportedly made threats to Tehee over the telephone and a loaded handgun was recovered on the roof of Martin's car. Investigators with the Deleware County Sheriff's Department say Tehee alleges that the shooting was self-defense. The district attorney will be reviewing the OSBI report to determine if charges will be filed in the case.
