JOPLIN, MO.--- Police say James Morey, 33, drove to Pea Ridge, Arkansas to pick up a 13 year old girl. They say he had been talking to her over the phone for the past few months. Joplin Police received a tip from the Pea Ridge Police Department to go to the Morey's house. Officers found the girl unharmed, and they later arrested Morey when he arrived home. They say the girl went with Morey willingly. His bond is set at $100,000.
