MSSC Students Moving Back

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
If all goes as planned, Missouri Southern students could be moving back into the dorms and leaving a motel behind. Construction is almost completed on one wing of the new dorm on the Joplin campus. There are less than 30 students staying at the hallmark select hotel while the construction continues. The original projection had the dorms being completed back in August. At the beginning of the semester, 60 students were placed in a hotel while construction continued. Slowly over the semester students were moved back into the dorm. The college is paying the costs for the students while they stay in the hotel.
