Teen Dies and Former Liquor Store Worker Faces Charges

DELAWARE, CO., OK--- Stacey Dixon, 46, is facing felony charges of selling alcohol to a minor. Officials with the Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverages Law Enforcement Commission, say Dixon sold a bottle of vodka to Colton Kerns, 17, on April 19th, 2012. The next day the Fairland teen died in a rollover accident. According to court documents medical examiners found his blood alcohol content was .13. Abel officials traced the bottle of vodka to the Afton Liquor Store and watched surveillance video of Dixon never checking Kern's drivers license. Dixon is being held at the Delaware County Jail.
