2012 Neosho Shop With a Cop

NEOSHO -- Kids and patrolmen filled up carts at the Neosho Wal-Mart Saturday as part of their "Shop With a Cop" extravaganza. The police department collected more than $19,000 this year, providing 108 local kids with toys for Christmas. Forty-nine families requested the assistance earlier this month. Police chief Dave McCracken says they have been participating in the "Shop With a Cop" campaign for the past ten years.
"To help people that are not quite as well off as we are and to give back to the community for waht it provides us," McCracken says.
