Updated: January 7, 2009
What do women want? That`s the question one chairman and CEO was asking today. Bob Goodfriend of Goody`s Family Clothing invited his employees and customers to join him at a get together event during his visit today at the store in Joplin. Goodfriend was there to closely listen to suggestions from customers and employees that will help shape the future changes and direction of his company. Goodfriend is also working on a Goody`s trend friend program. The program is intended to establish a network of local women who will serve as a liaison between local Goody`s customers and the company`s corporate offices. In addition, the trend friend is a trend spotter for the company, looking for the latest fashions and accessories in their community for every season. If you are interested in the position, interviews for Joplins Goody`s Trend Friend will take place Saturday, November 3rd from 11:00am to 2:00pm at the store. Goody`s is located in the North Point Shopping Center next door to Toy`s R Us.
