AFTON, OK.--- 36 Afton High School students worked together to make a 12-by-15 foot mural as an art project. It's a replica of Carl Bark's Donald Duck and Uncle Scrooge painting. The kids had to match color, lines, and shapes to put the piece together.

It took about 20 days to complete, and the kids painted on various square pieces and then put them together like a big puzzle. Students say they couldn't have done it without teamwork.

"You really have to communicate and tell them step by step what you did so they know what to do also," states Katie Blank, Art Student.

This is the 13th year the high school's art class creates a huge mural for the Christmas season.
