WEBB CITY, MO.--- Today at the Webb City Farmer's Market, vendors sold everything from tomatoes to garlic, even carrots. Many customers also picked up some last minute stocking stuffers like honey, cookies, and candies from local bakeries. Carol Potter says her sweet tooth got the best of her, but says her family is happy to support businesses in the community.
"We got coconut cake, we got a zucchini filled cake, we did buy a few healthy things like the tomatoes and the cauliflower," states Carol Potter, Holiday Market Shopper.
If you didn't make it out the the Webb City market today, local winter market vendors meet at the Clubhouse on 115 North Madison every Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. through April.
