Day 2 of the Neosho Holiday Classic was every bit as good as the first. Webb City went down to the wire with Sheffield Memphis in a 68-64 loss for the Cardinals. Meanwhile, Carthage came up short against tournament-favorite Sunrise Christian.

On the girls' side, Webb City and Carthage stayed perfect heading into Friday's games.

As for college hoops, MSSU men's hoops prepares for the second half of their season that starts Saturday in an exhibition game against Livin' the Dream.
