WEBB CITY, MO.--- A mother and her 5 children are needing your help after a fire destroys their home. The fire happened Tuesday morning on New Year's day.

The family was not home at the time and no one was injured. However, all of their belongings were destroyed in the fire and they did not have rental insurance. Bright Futures in Webb City is collecting clothing for the kids.

"When we find out that something like this has happened to one of our families, we want to make sure those basic needs are met as soon as possible so those kids can get back to a normal routine," states Jesse Degonia, W.C. Bright Futures.

You can donate the clothing items at the Christ Church of Oronogo this Friday from 8 a.m. until noon and next Monday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. A detailed list of the sizes of the 5 children is listed below.

12 year old girl: Size 10 shirts and pants.
9 year old boy: Size 7 shirts and pants.
2 year old boy: Size 3T shirts and pants.
8 year old girl: Size 8 pants and shirts.

You can also call the mother, Beth, for more information at 439-5917.
