JOPLIN, MO-- As of 1/3/2013, Heartland Crime Stoppers is looking for Michael I. Hawkins. He's wanted as an absconder by the District 33 Probation and Parole office in Neosho. Hawkins is a white man, 38 years of age. He stands five feet eight inches tall and he weighs 135 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

Crime stoppers is also looking for Robert E. Moss. He's also wanted as an absconder by the Neosho Probation and Parole office. Moss is a white man, 49 years of age. He stands five feet seven inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds. He has  black hair and hazel eyes.
