MIAMI, OK.--- Gregory Weiler, 23, will appear in court for a preliminary hearing on February 7th. A judge ruled him competent for trial after doctors evaluated him at the Oklahoma Forensic Center near Vinita. Miami Police Officers arrested Weiler on October 4th at the Legacy Inn Motel where he was staying.

Authorities connected him to 50 home-made fire bombs they found in the motel's dumpster. While searching his room, police found a journal detailing his plan to bomb a total of 51 churches in Ottawa County. He is being held in the Ottawa County Jail without bond.
