QUAPAW, OK.--- Terry and Carol Way own the Way's Horse Ranch in Quapaw. They have taken in 40 abused horses and are looking to adopt them out to a good home.

They started the business in 2011 and have found several good homes for the rescued horses. The Way's say you can see in the horses eyes that they are so thankful that you have saved their lives.

"You can see the love they are portraying out. This one here is Annie, she came off a slaughter wagon. She's never been rode," says Terry Way, Way's Horse Ranch.

If you would like to adopt one of the horses you can call 918-541-3572. The starting cost of adopting a horse is about $300.
