JOPLIN, MO.--- Jerry Carpenter works at Pronto Pharmacy in Joplin. He says over the last few days, he's had a number of customers come in saying they've searched high and low for the vaccine, but that many places are out. Things are tight at Pronto as well, they have just over a 100 doses of the flu shot left.
"They've had a rough time finding it throughout Joplin and the area. We also have them in Webb City in our stores over there," states Jerry Carpenter, Pronto Pharmacy.
The cost of a flu shot at Pronto is $33 and they do accept insurance.
