SENECA -- The Seneca Chamber of Commerce celebrated 90 years of service to local businesses Saturday night. Members acknowledged a number of different events held in the city this year, including the opening of the brand-new Indigo Sky Casino and Hotel. Chamber officials say community support has helped the chamber thrive for so many years.

"We're 90 years into the chamber," says Seneca Chamber of Commerce president Josh Dodson. "This tells you something. These people in this town are here to support the businesses and they're always going to be here to support the businesses. I think that's really important."

Dodson says in 2013 the Chamber will focus on getting the word out about businesses in the community through increased advertising and marketing.
