CRAWFORD COUNTY, KS--- Last week, police arrested Heather Leigh Buckalew of Arma. She is charged with Reckless 2nd Degree Murder in the death of her son, 4-month-old Memphis, back in August. Crawford County Attorney Michael Gayoso says he waited for the police to finish their investigation and for autopsy reports to return before filing charges against Buckalew.

Buckalew made her first court appearance on Friday February 9th, and will be back in court on February 13th.
