MIAMI, OK.--- NEO A&M College in Miami hosts its first Bras for a Cause event. A total of 31 bras were entered in the decorating contest aimed at raising breast cancer awareness. Organizers had only expected about 10 entries and were impressed by the response.

Student groups and faculty members decorated each of the bras. Then for a week, students voted for their favorite bra by putting money in its corresponding bucket. $1,000 has been raised so far.

"They kept it creative and nice and fun. So, we're just very proud of our students," states Allisen Anderson, NEO Academic Adviser.

The winning bra will be announced at NEO's basketball game tonight. Organizers hope to raise another $200 at the game.
