Craig County Rollover Accident Claims a Life

CRAIG COUNTY, OK--- It happened early Sunday morning. Oklahoma Highway Patrol Troopers say Shelly Long, 46, of Vinita, was driving along CR north-south 4440 when her car left the roadway. The vehicle struck a guardrail, went off a bridge, rolled and was partially submerged in a creek.
Long was pinned in the car for 25 minutes before crews were able to get her out. She died from her injuries a few hours later at Craig General Hospital. A passenger in the vehicle, 22-year-old Nolan Long, was treated at a local hospital and released.
