Pittsburg American Red Cross Disaster Response Training

PITTSBURG, KS.--- The Pittsburg American Red Cross looks for a new group of volunteers to train in disaster response. Directors will hold 2 training sessions this week. Both will be on Saturday with the first class starting at 8 in the morning.

It will be designed for qualified medical responders who want to partner with the Red Cross during disasters. A later session starting at 1 in the afternoon will be open for those with little or no experience in emergency response. Both classes will be at the Pittsburg Red Cross located at 415 north Pine Street.
