JOMONOLA Bike Tour

JOPLIN, MO.--- Bikers for "Rebuild Joplin" met today to discuss plans for the "JOMONOLA Bike Tour" in June. Joplin, New Orleans, New York and New Jersey are 3 communities affected by disaster.
The "JOMONOLA Bike Tour" is a bicycle ride in which volunteers are bicycling from Joplin down to New Orleans, Louisiana to help bring awareness and bring at least one family home to each impacted area.
"Despite the success in Joplin, despite the 7 years that have passed in New Orleans, and despite the fact there's a lot going on in the East Coast, there is still a need to make sure these families get home," said Jarod Hogan, Executive Director.
