MISSOURI--- A study of illegal drugs shows methamphetamine use is dropping in Missouri. Researchers at Roosevelt University found that while marijuana continued to hold the top spot on the list, meth fell from 2nd to 3rd.
Heroin and other opiates moved up, involved in 26% of cases at drug treatment centers. That compares to 19% of patient admissions for meth use. Cocaine was 4th on the list, with 13% of treatment cases.
