MISSOURI--- A judge made the ruling earlier this week after determining 67-year-old John Lewis is a potential flight risk because of his net worth, extensive world-wide travel history, and lack of family ties to the area.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol began investigating Lewis after receiving reports he exposed himself to a group of high school students who were working on his farm. When troopers searched his home they seized two desktop computers, a laptop, and electronic devices.

Investigators found 19 multimedia files of child porn and 113 images of suspected child porn. The files and images showed kids as young as 5 years old. Lewis was arrested last month right before a school board meeting.
