PITTSBURG, KS.--- Pittsburg State University students with the Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority and Lamda Kai Alpha Fraternity are participating in a Swing-A-Thon.
The group is swinging for 72 hour straight.
They started on Tuesday and have been taking turns on the swings. The money raised will go to the June Smith Center, which helps children with developmental needs.
"It's one of our philanthropies and our sorority is, it means a lot for us to support them," said Megan Huls, Alpha Sigma Alpha.
The Swing-A-Thon will end on Friday at 7 p.m. You can still donate to the cause. The students are set up on the PSU Oval.
