Deputy Police Chief Tim Tompkins says 22-year-old Caroline German, a white female, had been shot in the shoulder by 19-year-old Nicole Jones, a black female. Both women live in the complex. Jones was last seen driving a four-door 1994 black Dodge Intrepid bearing Texas license plates VNH12X. She may be accompanied by an unknown white female passenger. If you have any information about the case, please call the Pittsburg Police Department at 620-231-1700.
