An area historical society is awarded a state grant to help preserve our past. The Webb City Historical Society received a grant of $2,300 to help buy preservation supplies to preserve documents. The Missouri Historical Records Grant program was created last year through a $300,000 legislative appropriation from the state. City leaders say the grant will impact the history and heritage of Webb City.
