A Four State woman receives an award for her outlook on life. Living every day to the fullest is one of life`s lessons we should all follow. One Columbus Kansas woman is a shining example to us all. 76-year old Hospice patient Nadine Johnson shares her spirit for life, everyday. So much that Johnson has been named hospice patient of the year. Emma Jo Walker, R.N. - St. John`s Home Health And Hospice "This year we felt like Mrs. Johnson really exemplified what hospice means. she is living her life to the fullest, with dignity and with grace." Several friends and family members joined Mrs. Johnson for a celebration in her honor at the medical lodge. But this isn`t the only honor Johnson has received. She wears the crown of Mrs. Columbus, a title given to her in October.
