The search for a missing Four State school superintendent comes to an end. As KSN was the first to tell you, a car containing the body of Dr. Greg Smith was found about ten o`clock Sunday night. The car was pulled from a farm pond along Highway 59 just North of Diamond. Officers were first called to the scene after the owner of the property found a fence post down near the road and tire tracks leading to the pond. Smith was the superintendent for the Diamond School District. He was last seen early on the morning of October 31st. Dr. Smith`s body has been taken to Springfield for an autopsy. There`s no word tonight when the medical examiner will release details of the actual cause of death. Investigators have not ruled out foul play.
