With just two days until its release in theatres, fans are in a frenzy for the new Harry Potter film. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer`s Stone hits the big screen this Friday surrounded by both fan fare and criticism. Locally, church organizations are beginning the circulation of petitions against the tale of the youngster`s quest to become a wizard, saying it promotes a negative ideal to children.
