Mourning at Sarcoxie High

It`s a time of mourning for a Four State School District. Counselors talk to students and teachers about the death of a Sarcoxie High School teacher. Home-economics teacher Sharon DeJager was killed in an accident following a conference in Nashville with her students. Sarcoxie High School Principal Don Roy says a counselor was in DeJager`s classroom all day for students who needed to talk. Roy also says the students are handling the tragedy well. Don Roy - Sarcoxie High School Principal "Mrs. DeJager was very personable with her students. She really loved her students , really cared about them and desired the best for them." The driver of the chartered bus, Richard Osborne, was also killed in the crash. Crossroads travel says Osborne has several years of on the road driving experience.
