Christmas Tree Picking Tips

Have you ever purchased what looked like the perfect tree, but when you got it home, it lacked the luster it held before? With a few good tips, picking the perfect pine can easy and fun. First, you want to look for a healthy green color with needles that do not shake off easily. They should be they should be flexible, fragrant and sticky to the touch. Keep in mind you have to have enough room to place the tree in a stand. So make sure the trunk is straight and at least six to eight inches long. Once you pick the perfect tree and get it home. make a fresh cut at the bottom of the trunk allowing the tree to take in water. To keep your tree looking fresh all month, keep it away from heating vents, fireplaces and sunny windows.
