Tuttle Moves to Festival Manager

A former Joplin city councilman decides not to run for office and now will manage a music festival. Patrick Tuttle of Joplin announced he will serve as manager of the Route 66 Music Festival. Tuttle had previously said he would run for a state legislative post. He says he plans to begin his new job as the festival manager on January the first. Currently Tuttle serves as a training consultant for Crowder College. He also served as a Joplin City Councilman for four years.
