Ottawa County Meth Bust

A traffic accident in Ottawa County finds a mobile met lab in the back of a car. Russell Napier, age 41 of Miami was charged with the manufacturing of methamphetamine and the possession of meth. Officers from the Ottawa County Sheriffs Department, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, and the Wyandotte Nation Police, discovered the meth lab after Napier appeared jittery and could not stand still after the accident. Also officers noticed odors coming from the car. Napier appeared in Ottawa County Court and had his bond set at $30,000.
