James Dacy Memorial Scholarship

A memorial scholarship is being established to honor a Four State police officer. A presentation ceremony is set for next Tuesday to announce the establishment of the James Dacy Memorial Scholarship. Dacy was the chief of police in Pierce City, Missouri. Dacy was killed while responding to a call on August 8th of this year. The ceremony will take place next Tuesday at 2:00pm at the Pierce City, city hall.
