A rash of robberies across the Four States has officials searching for clues. In the last three days, four armed robberies have occurred at Joplin convenience stores. Sunday night the third in the string happened at the Texaco food mart on 32nd street. Two individuals wearing black hooded jackets entered the store and held the store clerk at gunpoint, demanding money. And just last night another robbery occurred just before midnight at DJ`s Convenience Store at 43rd and Main Streets. A male in a tan leather jacket entered the store with a shotgun hidden under his coat. He escaped with an undisclosed amount of money.
