Martin Gives Up Rights to Baby

A Four State woman who was convicted of permitting child endangerment, gives up her parental rights to her baby. Crystal Martin was sentenced to four years of jail time for permitting the abuse that led to the death of her daughter, Destiny Willoughby. Martin gave birth to another child in April of this year. Yesterday, Martin agreed to give up her parental rights to the child. The child has been placed in foster care. Earlier, Martin had also given up her rights to another 8-year-old daughter. That child is in the custody of her father.
