McGuire Arrested for Failure to Register

A Four State sex offender is in trouble with the law again. Ottawa County officers arrested 76-year-old Lellous McGuire late yesterday. This is the third time McGuire has been arrested in six months. McGuire was arrested for violation of the Sex Offender Registration Act. The act requires offenders to register every 90 days. McGuire was also arrested in June for 3 counts of lewd molestation. McGuire is being held on $10,000 bond.
