Preliminary Hearing Set for Bolivar

A Southwest Missouri man suspected of driving his truck into a group of people, killing one man and injuring three other people, remains jailed. Kevin Presley of Stockton was arraigned yesterday on numerous charges including first-degree murder. Authorities allege he drove his pickup into people gathered outside a Bolivar home early Saturday. Presley remains in the Polk County Jail on $500,000 bond. He`s been ordered to appear in court January 24th for a preliminary hearing.
