Moore's Trial Receives Change of Venue

A delay in the trial of a Southeast Kansas woman suspected of stealing pushes her court appearance back two months. Trial had been scheduled to begin today in Barton County, for Karen Moore of Pittsburg. A court spokesman says it`s now delayed until February 7th. Moore is suspected of stealing more than $13,000 from the Missouri National Guard`s Show-Me Challenge Cadet Program in Nevada where she used to work. The case was moved to Barton County from Vernon County on a change of venue.
