A child exploitation trial lawyer has been assigned to handle a federal case against a Four State poultry processor. On Wednesday, six employees of Tyson Foods of Springdale, Arkansas were indicted for conspiracy to smuggle illegal immigrants into the country at its plants. The justice department says 15 Tyson plants in nine states have been implicated in the conspiracy.
