Updated: January 7, 2009
There are some options for your old Christmas tree this season. The Joplin Public Works Department is offering to recycle that old tree. The department asks that you remove all ornaments before brining it to be recycled. There are four locations that you can take your tree. The first is at the old firehouse at 20th and Murphy Boulevard, Humphrey`s Park in the Royal Heights Area, or Cunningham Park at 26th and Maiden Lane or you can take it to the Public Works Center at 1301 West 2nd Street.
