Londagin Found Guilty

The verdict is in on a southwest Missouri man accused of sexually assaulting another man. A Jasper County jury has found 28-year old Brent Londagin of Joplin guilty of forcible sodomy. Londagin was accused of sodomizing an 18-year old developmentally disabled man. Prosecutors say the incident took place at a residential care facility in Joplin back in 1998. The jury recommended a 35-year sentence. His formal sentencing date is set for February 25th.
