Cattle Farmers Conference

Cattle farmers gathered in Joplin for a conference about the future of their industry. The conference was held at the Joplin Regional Stockyards. The conference is a regional event that is designed to provide the latest information on production, marketing, and economics for beef cattle farmers. The event is sponsored by the University Outreach Extensions in Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Arkansas. Some of the topics discussed in the conference were how to be profitable in the cattle business and how to grade cattle.
